Return & Exchange Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange:

The product must be unused, unopened, unworn (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

The product must be returned with all accessories, tags, manuals, and original invoice.

Return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the parcel.

Products returned in damaged, used, washed, altered, or incomplete condition may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
Products that have been used, opened, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition and packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange. Certain items may also be excluded from returns due to hygiene and safety considerations. Sale and promotional items may not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for returning merchandise through a traceable courier service or registered post at their own expense.

Shipping charges paid during the original order are non-refundable.

We recommend keeping the courier tracking number until the return process is completed.
Refund Process

Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.

How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Repack the Product
Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include a copy of the invoice. Please mention the reason for return or exchange.
